The enthusiasm and passion for artisanal ice cream continue to guide Disaronno Ingredients' journey through the European trade fairs of the sector .

After an intense start to the year with participation in Sigep Rimini, Gelatissimo in Stuttgart, Intersicop Madrid and Expo Sweet Warsaw, the company continued to explore new opportunities and connect with industry professionals.

In March, the Disaronno Ingredients team wanted to broaden its horizons by participating in two prominent events on the European scene: Bakkersvak in the Netherlands and Sirha in Hungary.

Bakkersvak is one of the most important fairs dedicated to ice cream and pastry making in Northern Europe. Organized in Gorinchem in the Netherlands during the month of March, Bakkersvak focuses on the future of ice cream and pastry technology.

Sirha is a food market fair that takes place in Budapest, Hungary. Sirha is dedicated entirely to the culinary art and offers the opportunity to introduce local specialties to visitors. Disaronno Ingredients participated by bringing one of the world's most loved Italian specialties: ice cream.

These fairs represent points of reference for the HoReCa sector in Northern and Eastern Europe respectively, offering a further opportunity to deepen our knowledge and forge significant collaborations.
