Dose and method of use : For sorbets : 1.9 Kg (1 jar) FruttiAmo melon + 2.6 Kg water (or 1.3 Kg water + 1.3 Kg milk) For granitas : 1.9 Kg (1 jar ) FruttiAmo melon + 3.85 kg water.
Storage: 24 months if stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. See data on label. If stored in different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation before use.
Packaging: jars of 1.9 kg net each.
