Lemon and yuzu flavored icing for decorating and filling.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, lemon juice and yuzu (8%), thickener: E406, acidifier: E330, natural flavourings, colouring: E100, preservative: E202.
Possible traces of: soy, milk and derivatives, nuts, eggs, peanuts, lupine, sulphites.
Dose and method of use : to taste Use the product at 30/35°C.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
