GRANIMENTA

Dose and method of use : 37 % (370 g GRANIMENTA + 630 g water). To obtain 1 kg of mint granita, mix 370 g of GRANIMENTA with 630 g of water at room temperature, pour the liquid mixture obtained into a stainless steel ice cream tray or directly into small glasses and place in the display case together with the other ice creams (- 10 / - 15 °C) for the time necessary for the formation of the granita.
Storage: 18 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. See data on the label. If stored under different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation before use .
