Semi-finished powder for oat ice cream, gluten-free and dairy-free, completely vegetal.
Base sweetened with cane sugar, to produce sorbets with various flavours.
Recommended pairing with Variegato Cranberry .
Dose and method of use : 30 – 35% (see recipe book for the various flavours). It is recommended to use with fruit or vegetable pastes.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging : bags of 2 kg net each.
