Complete semi-finished powder for rice-based ice cream, without added sugar sucrose, with fructose .
It can be used with the addition of pure pastes to create different flavours.

Dose and method of use : 35% (350 g Riso Light Primavera + 650 g hot water)
Before freezing, let the mixture hydrate for at least 2 hours; with an even longer hydration time the final structure of the ice cream is further improved. Maximum time 72 hours if kept in the refrigerator at +4° maximum.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. See data on label. If stored in different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation before use.
Packaging : bags of 2 kg net each.
