Complete semi-finished powder for completely vegetable soy ice cream, without milk derivatives, with reduced calorie content and cream flavour, with fructose.
Dose and method of use : 33% (330 g FIORDISOIA + 670 g hot water at 60°C or 1 Kg of FIORDISOIA +2 L of hot water at 60°C). For the best result, let the mixture mature for at least 2 hours before freezing.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging : bags of 2 kg net each.
