Complete semi-finished product in powder for sorbets with various fruit flavors (using fresh or frozen fruit), sweetened with fructose, without added sugar, with fructose, COMPLETELY VEGETABLE.
Mainly indicated for banana, pear and apple sorbets, it prevents oxidation, preventing them from turning black in the tray.
The unique feature is that it makes the finished ice cream spreadable and soft over time, particularly suitable for takeaway.
Dose and method of use : 20%. To avoid altering the flavor of the finished sorbets, it is recommended not to use water containing chlorine or other disinfectants.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25° C. See data on the label. If stored under different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation.
