Semi-finished soy product for desserts, semifreddos, single portions and decorations, with fructose, entirely vegetable, without milk and derivatives.
Cream flavour. Product to be kept in a planetary mixer with water. It can be customized by adding the characterizing flavors used for the production of ice cream.
Dose and method of use : 37% (370 g ALVEPAN + 630 g boiling water 85-90 °C). Disperse the product in boiling water (85-90°C) and mix with a steel whisk. Leave the mixture to rest in the refrigerator for at least 6-7 hours or in a blast chiller at -35°C for at least 30 minutes, then whip in a planetary mixer with a very cold container and whisk for 2-3 minutes.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: bags of 2 kg net each.
