Dose and method of use : from 3% to 5% of the total mass of ice cream (30 g – 50 g per kg of mix) .
Storage: 36 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. If held for longer, reassess before use.
Packaging: bags of 5 kg net each.
