Semi-finished paste for mixed dried fruit flavored ice cream.
Skilful mix of almonds, hazelnuts and cashews, enriched with an exquisite praline grain of almonds and hazelnuts which we recommend using with Variegato Pistachio Krok .
Dose and method of use : 10% (100 g per kg of mixture). It is recommended to use with VARIEGATO PISTACCHIO KROK.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: cans of 2.5 kg net each.
