Semi-finished paste for ricotta flavored ice cream . Made with fresh sheep's ricotta, excellent both alone and combined with the Caramelized Fig Variegato , Pear Variegato or the MC Cassata .
Dose and method of use : 120 g per kg of mixture
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C .
Packaging: cans of 3 kg net each .
