Dose and method of use : QB Heat the necessary quantity of Biscotorta at 30-40°C in a planetary mixer or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Then shape the product according to use (base for cakes, desserts or single portions) and finally cool to negative temperatures (T= -20°C).
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: bags of 1 kg/each net.
