Semi-finished paste for pistachio-flavoured variegation, with crunchy pieces.
Ingredients: Pistachio (25%), sunflower seed oil, sugar, milk powder, whey powder , rice flour, buttermilk powder , corn starch, vegetable fibre, soya flour , emulsifier: E322 ( soya and sunflower), flavourings, salt, colourings: caramelised sugar - copper chlorophyll, cocoa powder.
Possible traces of: nuts, eggs, peanuts, lupine, sulphites.
Dose and method of use : QB . We recommend using it with Mediterranean praline paste.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C .
Packaging: cans of 2.5 kg net each .
