Complete product to be used in yogurt, to obtain a GREEK yogurt ice cream without added sugar sucrose, sweetened only with fructose. An ice cream containing 75% fresh yogurt, rich in live lactic ferments, at a very low cost
lactose content.
Dose and method of use : 25% (250 g YOVITALITY GRECO + 750 g fresh whole yogurt or YOVITALITY GRECO + 375 g fresh whole yogurt + 375 g whole milk).
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. See data on label. If stored in different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation before use.
Packaging: bags of 2 kg each net.
