To be used with vegetable pastes such as hazelnut, pistachio, almond, walnut, coffee, liquorice or cocoa.
Balanced taste, excellent structure and shelf life.
Dose and method of use : 35% (350 g VEG WHITE BASE + 650 g boiling water). It is recommended to use with vegetable pastes: hazelnut, pistachio, almond, walnut, coffee, liquorice or with cocoa.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging : bags of 1.5 kg net each.
