Semi-finished powder for ice cream mixes with a very intense milk/cream flavor and a rich, full-bodied structure.
Dose and method of use : 37 % (370 g BASE MILANO Z + 630 g hot water).
Disperse the BASE MILANO Z in hot water with an electric mixer; let the liquid mixture rest for at least 2 hours before freezing.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: bags of 2.5 kg/each net.
