Semi-finished powder for ice creams and sorbets in various flavours, without added sugar, vegetable without milk derivatives.
Also to be used with vegetable pastes such as hazelnut, pistachio, almond, walnut and with raw materials such as cocoa, coffee, liquorice etc.
Dose and method of use : 30 – 35% (see recipe book for the various flavours). It is recommended to use with fruit or vegetable pastes.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging : bags of 2 kg net each.
