Strawberry flavored icing for decorating and filling.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, strawberries (12.5%), water, thickener: E406, acidifier: E330, flavourings, colourants: E163 – concentrated elderberry extract – E160a, preservative: E202.
Possible traces of: soy, milk and derivatives, nuts, eggs, peanuts, lupine, sulphites.
Dose and method of use : to taste (Use the product at 15-20°C).
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: cans of 3 kg net each .
