Semi-finished gelling powder for pastry and ice cream making.
Dose and method of use : 15 - 25 g/Kg. Mix the jelly mix in water at room temperature with any other sugars and heat up to 85°C. A gel is obtained which can be used in the various preparations that you want to thicken.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: bags of 0.5 kg net each.
