Versatile product that has multiple advantages: low dosage without milk, milk derivatives and with natural emulsifiers.
Customizable by adding any type of couverture or dark chocolate, even single origin.
Dose and method of use : 32% (320 g MORO PURO + 530 g hot water + 150 g dark chocolate at 50%-70%) – For a 4750 g tray: 1520 g MORO PURO (1 sachet) + 2500 g of very hot water + 730 g of 50-70% dark chocolate.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Packaging: bags of 1.52 kg net each.
