Semi-finished paste for zabaglione-flavoured ice cream.
Ingredients: Sugar , Marsala wine, dextrose, egg yolk , alcohol, partially lactose-free and demineralised whey ( milk ) , powdered egg white , flavourings, salt, colourings: E101 - E160a.
Possible traces of: soy, tree nuts, peanuts, lupine, sulphites.
Dose and method of use : 100/140 g per kg of mixture.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C .
Packaging: cans of 3 kg net each .
