Complete semi-finished product in powder for ice cream with yoghurt, without added sugars and fats.
Only fresh whole and low-fat yogurt should be used.
Dose and method of use : 25% ( 250 g YOFREE SA + 750 g fresh whole or low-fat yogurt). 20% (200 g YOFREE SA + 800 g fresh whole or low-fat yogurt) for soft machines. We recommend pairing it with the variegated Dragon Fruit Zero.
