Complete product to be used in yoghurt, to obtain a yoghurt ice cream with sugar and without flavourings.
An ice cream containing 75 to 80% fresh yogurt, rich in live lactic ferments, with a very low lactose content.
Dose and method of use : 22-27%
Use with traditional batch freezers: 27% YOVITALITY Z 20/27 SA + 73% plain, low-fat or full-fat yogurt. For yogurt ice creams with fresh or frozen fruit: 27% YOVITALITY Z 20/27 SA + 53% low-fat or full-fat plain yogurt + 20% fruit of your choice.
Use with soft machine: 22% of YOVITALITY Z 20/27 SA + 78% of low-fat or full-fat plain yogurt. For yogurt ice creams with fresh or frozen fruit: 22% YOVITALITY Z 20/27 SA + 58% low-fat or full-fat plain yogurt + 20% fruit of your choice. For recipes see technical data sheet behind.
Storage: 24 months if stored in its packaging in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sources of light and heat at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. See data on label. If stored in different conditions, evaluate the state of conservation before use.
