An ice cream containing 75 to 80% fresh yogurt, rich in live lactic ferments, with a very low lactose content.
Dose and method of use : 27% (270 g YOVITALITY Z 20/27 + 730 g fresh whole yogurt) (with traditional batch freezers). For yogurt ice cream with fresh or frozen fruit: 27% YOVITALITY Z 20/27 + 53% low-fat, whole or creamy plain yogurt + 20% fruit of your choice. 22% (220 g YOVITALITY Z 20/27 + 730 g fresh whole yogurt) (for Soft machine).
