Alvena comes to life in the late ‘80s, thanks to its founder, one of the main architects of the phenomenal development of Gelato market since 1953. Ahead of his time, a man of a unique genius, he immediately turned his attention to innovative products, such as YOGURT and SOY, making them
quickly become leading products on the market.

In 2011 Alvena, in harmony with the respect for the environment, has been the first company of its sector to use a photovoltaic system for its own need.
Alvena was born to take advantage of the wealth of experience of its founders, to create innovative products, with the greatest care for the needs of all Gelato lovers, particularly focusing on lactose intolerances with completely vegetable products and on yogurt based products, to benefit from its unique nutritional characteristics.
Almost 35 years later, our mission hasn’t changed and the offer of products is more and more complete.
